Daytime Games Have Consequences + What Are You Doing Big T? |

The Arizona Coyotes and the Nashville Predators played an afternoon game yesterday and the Coyotes lost 4-2.
If you've ever talked to a someone who spends too much time on the internet and too little time outside, you know that years of using their phone to curate their entire media content into things they want to hear has made it so that cannot comprehend another functional human thinking differently than they do.
So instead of an argument, they just become condescending. Instead of research, they just claim you're ignorant.
If you follow hockey and have ever been dumb enough to express a non-standard opinion, no doubt you've been told that the only reason you think what you think is because you don't watch the games.
Never mind that watching hockey is really the only requirement of being a hockey fan, and never mind how weird it would be to have opinions or ideas about something you don't do, but whatever its' the only way username mymomthinksimcool32 can socialize anymore.
Anyways, the irony of afternoon games during work hours, is that the sad little rage monster is right for once: I didn't see the game.
Had to work baby.
From what I can gather though, the Coyotes started off on fire, played a great first period but found themselves on the wrong side of the score, and after that, the Preds woke up and shut the door.
The Coyotes really need to see more from Taylor Hall who had zero points, 2 shots and a 29% Corsi.
Damn son, that ain't a franchise player game. It's almost like the guy doesn't care about the fact that I named him the second best Coyotes player of all-time.
In other news, the Rangers and ex-Coyote Tony DeAngelo were eliminated last night. Since this is a rumour site, I guess I should pass along that I heard it whispered that Robin Lehner kneeled on his horcrux, crushing a piece of his soul and leaving him unable to perform, thus eliminating the Rangers.
Quick turnaround today with another game in a couple hours. The Coyotes will be forced to go with Kuemper back to back because Raanta is "unfit to play."
Makes you long for the days of upper and lower body injuries. If I had to speculate, I'd say that Raanta probably hurt himself catching butterflies in a meadow with Martin Hanzal. Then again, there probably aren't any meadows or butterflies in the bubble.
