1) KHL: Nineteen-year-old Flyers goaltending prospect Yegor Zavragin make a strong accounting for himself in his KHL debut for HC Sochi. Zavragin stopped 29 of 31 shots in a 2-1 road loss to Spartak Moscow on Saturday. Zavragin served as the backup goalie on Monday in a 4-3 loss to Vityaz.

2) MHL: Flyers 2024 sixth-round pick Igor Pautov continued his run of posting at least one point in every game CSKA Jr. has played to date. On Monday, Pautov posted one assist in a 3-2 win against SKA Jr. Through four games, Pautov has posted six points (2g, 4a).

3) Today in Flyers History: September 10
* 1971: The Flyers sign center Andre Lacroix to a new one-year contract.
* 1992: The Flyers sign prospect Dmitri Yushkevich to an NHL contract. He goes on to enjoy a strong rookie season to begin a 786-game career in the National Hockey League.
* 1996: The Flyers re-sign defenseman Petr Svoboda to a four-year contract.
*2000: The Fyers re-sgn defenseman Chris Therien to a four-year contract.
