The Panthers failed to extend their win streak to eight on Tuesday night when they lost to a Devils team that was ready to take down the #1 Cats in the Atlantic Division.

Despite a good effort from Florida, the game ended 4-1 in New Jersey’s favor. A highlight of the evening, however, was the old school knuckle-chucking action that took place between Gadjovich and Dillon.

Florida will need to have a short memory regarding Tuesday’s loss because they play the Devils again this evening in South Florida.

The Cats outshot the Devils 35-24 and dominated at the dot, winning 60% of the face offs during the loss. They will need a repeat effort of this, but tighten up the defense in order to avoid those lapses that the Devils took advantage of.

Let’s get some revenge!
