The Juggernaut Jets had a rough go on their recent road trip to sunny Florida, where they lost 4-1 to TBL and were then blanked 5-0 by the Cats.
I know a lot of fans were chanting “Overrated!” during Florida’s shutout win, but I would be hesitant to say that. The Jets are not 15-3-0 by pure luck. They are a very good (dominant) team that had a couple uncharacteristically off games while in Florida. Those chants will undoubtedly provide the jet fuel (how about that pun) that will charge this WPG team up for tonight.
While I hope I’m wrong, I expect a much different game for the Panthers when they head to the chilly North to take on the Jets again.
The Panthers are obviously not slouches either. So, I’m thinking that fast, right game we expected to happen during the first meetup of these two teams, will be seen tonight.
I wouldn’t expect many lineup changes. And if I’m Maurice, I’m definitely going with Bob in net tonight.
This is going to be a fun one!
