We're back to the weight of the C!

I'm going to say it again. And Al Morganti made a veiled reference pregame last night. Strip the C off G. He's struggling. Give it to Simmer or go with 3 A's until the season ends. But G looks like Eric Desjardins before he surrendered the C and went back to the A. This team is not going to go anywhere with the current G. Hate to say it but it's the plain honest truth.

As for prospects taking too long to get here. As Morin, Hagg and Laughton are mentioned before. I give Morin a pass since when he was drafted he was a known long term project with a high ceiling if it worked. Guys his size take longer to develop. Laughts is now at the time to cut bait for me and I hope if we can't get something for him in a trade that Vegas removes him from our equation. I hear Hagg may be in the NHL soon so he's at least closer than he was at the beginning of the season.

I'm not as angry as some are but I am not happy with the team right now. I am dreading driving to Pittsburgh next weekend. If this current state continues that game is just going to be a shellacking and the Pittsburgh faithful will fully revel in the demise of our team.
