at least he isn't as awkward as he used to be.

he used to say stupid things stupidly. now he says stupid things confidently.


also, before the early game he was announcing some ridiculous "sport" where people were racing on a bumpy track made of ice.

He's probably not as good as his numbers suggest. Living a bit on an inflated OISh% in a small sample size. He's a nice little player though.

Pens have always given those tweener type guys a chance and they've been rewarded a lot. It's my belief that almost every organization has an AHL player who would make their team better, but coaches are all married to 4th line plugs instead.

The Flyers played two horrible players in Vandevelde and Bellemare for the entire season then finally brought up Jordan Weal with 20 games left. He went on to be one of their best forwards in the last 20 games. Now he's a UFA because they didn't give him enough NHL time. Had he spent the full season with the Flyers, he would be an RFA.
