also i traded in a bunch of poop now i have $104 in gamestop credit. was thisclose to buying a used xbone for $339...but i held fast and will wait until september when hopefully even cheaper

the lenovo kind of seems like a steal for the same $350 as the anus one.

i don't know what any of this means, but this is good for that price isn't it?

8GB DDR3L SDRAM memory
1TB SATA III hard drive (5400 rpm)
AMD A6-6310 Quad-Core Processor 4MB L2 cache speed up to 2.4GHz

the asus' numbers were:
6GB DDR3 SDRAM of memory
500GB SATA hard drive (5400 rpm)
4th Gen Intel Core i3-4030U Dual-core processor 3MB L3 cache speed 1.9GHz

although i've had it for like a year and a half and i'm still not that familiar with it.

hard drives are both poopty. should be at least 7200 rpm, or SSD
get 8gb of ram for sure.
those builds are all over the place, don't get AMD processor, stick with intel, but i3 is not good enough, need i5 instead.

keep searching my friend, but that should get you in a better spot

all of those things you mentioned are in more expensive laptops.

(frank) it, apples. i think i'm buying this thing. it's only $349.99 and everyone says it should be fine for hockeybuzz and music and stuff. and people are saying the RAM and hard drive numbers back there are double what they'll be with any other budget laptop.
