i don't follow them. but thanks to Twitter's great design and engineering, my timeline is flooded with likes, suggestions and retweets from people I don't follow but others I follow do follow

I only really went on Twitter to female dog at WestJet for being a colossal failure and terrible poop company who brags about being not poop

Air Canada is garbage too. Basically Cell Phone and Airline companies in Canada have to be among the worst in the world.

well, if it makes you feel better, I've been in the game for about...18 years now and i don't remember half of the poop on those tests. i bet 90% of long-time journeymen/master electricians couldn't. you will end up getting so narrowed depending on a job, you will forget a lot of that crap.

I remember having to learn about mag-amps, they are in museums now...lol. I focused on mainly UPS systems after the Navy and now, being in utility power, I only need to know about breaker tripping and paralleling sources, current transformers and potential transformers.

If you ever want to give utility ops a shot, we're looking for people. I'd think you'd be a good fit and I could end up training you...LOL...ofc, you'd have to move to not Canada...actually, know anyone in Alberta utility ops?

I have no connections to the utility in Alberta however I have a Cousin and Uncle in law that both work for Nova Scotia Power back home.

Super awkward asking family for jobs or references for some reason.

I've never had issues with AC outside of once and when I have had small ones they've been way more effective and useful at fixing ish than WJ

See I've had the exact opposite experiences. Air Canada is bad at overbooking where West Jet just cuts corners on the quality of their Planes ect.

Air Canada once tried to bump me when I was taking the red eye home after Dad died. I explained the situation and the guy told me "people die it's out of my hands."

I got on the flight but they lost my bags with my suit for the funeral. Had to buy a new one. I was steamed.

Up at a resort with my bro in law and his family and I guess I'm the assigned babysitter for all the kids because I'm cool and I somehow managed to run up a multi hundred dollar bar tab on maker's Mark and beer chasers and Shirley Temples.
