What do you mean? You're trading a guy of lesser overall value, a first and some guy just to boost the trade value for a guy with much more value to the team.

The other trades have been player for player trades. Most trades that have been approved have not involved players below 78 overall and picks. Every single trade you make seems to include something useless to increase trade value.

serious question though, how do you expect players on each side of the trade to have the exact same value.

don't you give any leeway to a GM to make a judgement call on how much he values a player?

how do you make any trades at all if you just expect people to trade 4 quarters for a dollar? I can see why you wouldn't accept a trade for crosby against 4 plugs and 7 draft picks but when you've got players going back and forth on both sides let the guy make the call on who he values most.
