I understand the argument for legalization of marijuana but we have enough idiots driving drunk and booze is legal. I don't want more idiots out there thinking its cool to drive high.

No, the last few years they projected deficits which is to be expected when for a while it was only Alberta and BC paying into equalization. Now Saskwatchewan and Newfoundland have joined the fray recently.

I'd rather they keep it illegal if the poop they sell is full of chemicals like cigarettes. If they mass produce then quality may suffer and dealers would still be around so decriminalize and leave me alone please.

legalize and tax it. let growers grow for personal use and sell with a license. taxes go back to the gov.

In the long run, probably somewhere beyond 5 years I think it would be just another thing. But those first 5 years are what worries me.

While the two states legalized, it is still illegal federally which is a big cluster(frank) in the US court system right now.
