Because he's literally never put any effort into making time to meet up with people that have their teams set to CPU. He messages them when they're not even online and plays them if they don't respond within 5 minutes and injures all their players.

Edit: also his CPU doesn't stand a chance because he'll just back out if he's losing. Like he did in 36% of his regular season games. It'll be a 4-0 sweep of the CPU
