They had an option of two different seasons. I'll try and look it up.

Edit: Apparently they have the option of 4 different seasons

He can go to Rochester this year once his junior season is over. I think some playoff hockey even in the AHL would do him some good as opposed to playing meaningless games up here

They were. Brodeur and Kovalchuk are the driving force and they both have had extended stays on the IR.

The Devils are 0-3-4 since the Kovalchuk injury (0-4-4 after tonight). They were 3-8-2 without Brodeur.

I've decided not to think about the draft until the lottery so I know where we are drafting so I don't get my hopes up about anyone.

I'm not sure they go the European route this year but my god that kid is another big body center that we could use
