They need to leave Bolland in Boston when they head back here Wednesday night. Useless F'n eater, he is. |

He made a nice glove save on a Keith shot in the first and then...can't remember much. - philco28
...and when we get a chance...Kaner misses the net.

If Hossa is back keep Smith in and scratch Bolland. |

CC Apologist checking in to say....
PHUCKPHUCKPHUCK
I knew Kane cherry-picked, but man... Sharp nearly has him beat there. NUMBNUTS BOLLAND taking stupid penalties. Passing Play... I mean Power Play... can't even muster a shot on goal... Seabrook playing with his head up his A$$ again.
Feeling a lot like 1992. - CBHawks88
Except they actually scored goals and had leads in every game in 92 |

I've been the biggest Bolland supporter but the guy is a complete friggin Moron. He really is stupid - tomcat24
Take what you can get to get rid of the contract. Marcus Kruger is a better 3C, hands down. Philip Danault or Joakim Nordstrom will also be before too long. Bolland is dreadful.

Absolutely agree. Bolland brings nothing to the table anymore...was laughable he was ever considered a L2-C...he's a bottom 6 grinder now and hopefully he'll be moved in the off-season for anything. |

Our Hawks play their best when backs are against the wall! I feel a big turnaround in game 4 |

Terrible play by Saad after Sharp basically held the puck in the zone. - kwolf68

But to be fair: who is playing better? - StLBravesFan
In my mind, it isn't who is playing better, it's who they didn't pick up at the trade deadline to take the almighty Saad's spot.
Not his fault, but the horsepoop front office that runs our favorite team. |

Let's see if Q rewards Bolland with some PP time.
Wow, Edzo with some brutal honesty about Toews not being on the PP. |

The dismal pp has more to do with personal and the scheme than it does the coaching and that is more on StanBo or whoever is running the show than it is on Q or Kompon. It is not a coincidence the pp hasn't been the same since Campbell left. We were told almost two years ago that the Campbell trade would allow the Hawks more flexibility and add more pieces to the team. So far it doesn't seem to have happened. This, in my opinion has been the FO's biggest mistake.
As far as adding to this team......it will continue to be on the cheap as the FO waits for prospects to develop to offset big contracts coming from Kane, Toews, Hammer, etc. This will be a full homegrown team within 5 years with an exception or two.
Q will get an extension of at least two years as will Bowman. Kompon will more than likely be let go.....who knows how Q will react. I don't see the team being blown up......along with the compliance buy outs...Bolland, Emery, Stalberg will be gone and depending on the situation so will Bickell and Frolik. |

Please...it's the finals. Don't revisit the hypothetical greatness of the deadline deals not made.

No argument. Love the kids game, but he was forced into this situation by a clueless management group. |

I'll give him the 20 year old pass, but his game has along way to go to live up to the "superstar" label that some have hung on him. A long way . . .
