I’ll never understand when people say it’s too much. I find football way more taxing, so many injuries and experts saying oh this guy is this QB’s new favorite target blah blah blah. Plus football is dumb as (frank).

I guess it feels more like work due to the daily lineups, but Yahoo’s “set my lineup” button is pretty much as easy as it gets now.


Baseball leagues seem like a 2nd job, the injuries, cancelled games/double headers, lefty/righty matchups, different size stadiums. There’s a degenerate(even by my standards) in one of my money football leagues who plays in 7 $100+ buy-in baseball leagues. Dude must be allergic to the sun or something

i just seemed to have to pay a lot more attention to hockey (i'm guessing baseball and basketball [if they have fantasy basketball] are similar).

i just found myself dreading going to look at it and make my changes.

yeah baseball is serious work. nobody plays 162 games anymore and starting pitchers get their rotation (frank)ed with often enough that you can't just set your rosters on monday and call it a week. you have to keep checking to make sure there haven't been any changes.

with hockey you can do everything you need for the week in one day and at worst maybe miss a goalie start once in a while because they rested him

playoffs are pure luck. the real skill is in being consistent enough to win the regular season.
