I've been tracing his booking since he got the title shot at summerslam 2013 and I have no idea why people make it seem like he's a sympathetic character

I get the sympathetic part for last year. Stripped of his title. Some messy finishes. Got cashed in on. Mind (frank)ed by Wyatt. The Authority talking down to him for like 18 months. "You're not good enough" "I am!"

But then it paid off. He's been booked like a mid carder since returning yet people think he's totally in a kayfabe position to challenge because "WAH FANS"

I like my kayfabe to make sense. Last year I was on board, but this year I couldn't be more turned off by it.

I said it in that article i wrote a few weeks back, since returning he's acting like every smarmy whiny heel that loses but demands title shots. Like Jericho with Bischoff and Orton a while ago and Christian with his "one more match" thing like 600 times, etc.

They all lost a bunch/couldn't go over clean but demanded shots because "I deserve it because I am awesome and you are all bad and dumb"

The only difference is DB isn't S-ing the Authority's D. But he's no better a face than Big Show was when he was all "I'M GONNA PUT THE WWE OUT OF BUSINESS! YES! YES!"

I'm kind of annoyed that Paige acts like a whore 90% of the time but anytime a fan tells her she's hot she retweets by adding "perv" to it.




edit: just to clarify, no it has not happened to me but I foresee vag getting the treatment very soon.
