Barrett has had literally one memorable thing since I got back in with the whole #BNB thing. and they promptly stripped him of it when he appeared to be actually - and unexpectedly - getting him over

Obviously I can't comment on the era from 2002-2013 but to me, they have an embarrassment of talent at their disposal, talent that in some cases has gotten ridiculously mind boggling angles over, IE:The New Day but they don't seem capable of manufacturing enough useable ideas for all this high end talent and hours of TV they need to produce.

That's a big reason NXT is so good IMO. It's easier to manage a similar level of talent, but on a much smaller scale. One hour of taped tv a week, easy to keep fresh and original without talent overexposure.

Raw should be two hours. Smack down should be an equal show but with less promos and more matches with these upper, mid card people getting 14-16 minutes and make it live.

And stop intertwining NXT and the main roster so much. It should be very rare. They shouldn't even comment on the main roster during NXT, but talk up NXT during raw and smack down all the time. Show highlights. Get these characters over with the non NXT fans before they come up to avoid the ._. When over as (frank) NXT talents like Ascention, Sami Zayn and the Divas come up.

And for (frank) sakes, don't bring three or four up at once and expect them all to resonate immediately with 3 minutes of face time a week.
