Not sure about the weight thing... I remember about 6 or 7 years ago, one of my friends rented one of the first UFC VHS's for a laugh, and it was a tournament... I remember a cop who was like 5'10'' and 180 pounds beating a huge black guy (I think he was a sumo wrestler) who was over 500 pounds

I rewatched both Brock and Goldberg's entrances last night, the pre-match promo pack, etc.

I love how they treated it like a real fight and not wrestling. The way Goldberg came out and looked ready to fight walking down the ring. Standing in their own corners walking out breifly to stare each other down before the match and everything was so kickass

I rewatched both Brock and Goldberg's entrances last night, the pre-match promo pack, etc.

I love how they treated it like a real fight and not wrestling. The way Goldberg came out and looked ready to fight walking down the ring. Standing in their own corners walking out breifly to stare each other down before the match and everything was so kickass

read somewhere Goldberg is nursing a shoulder injury and couldn't train for a full match so thats why they went with the finish they did. Just speculation of course.

Heard that as well... Rumor is that he will be competing in the Royal Rumble, with Lesnar interfering, and it'll set up a re-match for Wrestlemania.

I have a friend (no I don't) who works for the WWE (no he doesn't) and he said that the purple ropes are a little tighter, and have other materials added to make them bouncier for the cruiser-weight wrestlers to pop around on (none of this is true).
