i was around when he wore cincinnati bengals gear in wcw.

for sure a high flier with a lot of energy.

i barely remember this loose cannon gimmick though so i don't know how it went over.

Who would have thought that a guy who was playing fake fighting his whole adult life would, in his late 30s, step into the best real fighting organization and be really bad at it?

The fault really is on the side of the ufc on this. They should know better than to waste people's time and money and give them CM Punk fights.

Then again I thought CM Punk was against part-timers in WWE stealing spots. He has now stolen 4 spots from more deserving guys (2 by him and 1 each by the tin cans he faced).

(frank) he looked really bad. I've seen better fighters out front of Smooth Hermans Pub back home. I'm not even exaggerating at all. When an 0-1 guy who's basically just a straight up boxer and who has also lost to Gall is in full mount for half the fight and just deciding when he wants to smash you in the head you're not even close to deserving to be there.

Also loved Joe floating the conspiracy that "someone paid Jackson to let this go the distance." during the fight. He's 100% trying to get fired by UFC lol. He was pretty dead set against this whole sideshow.
