i didn't post it in my live thoughts on the last page but i have one REALLY BIG (frank)ing gripe about the PPV

I can't wait until whenever the day comes that the women don't have to hug and cry and be friends and no sell at the end. Protect some semblance of kayfabe, seriously.

Its my biggest criticism of the women's division. Frustrates me more than making every gimmick one dimensional (the fun one, the sassy one, the mean one, the big one, etc.).

Imagine Braun cry and get hugged by the dudes, many he pulverized, at the end of a PPV after he won because they were all dudes and they felt empowered?

We're supposed to believe that this woman just beat you, killing your dream, and possibly ruining your career. That loss is supposed to "ruin" your life and be a huge disappointment in your life because you aren't going to be successful. She just shat on your family and friends and life for weeks in promos, called you a fatty or skank or loser. But smile and hug together because women.

Evolution was really, really good. There were botches, but every show has those yet the women always get the poop for it.

Opening tag was slow. Alicia Fox cannot do anything right.

Battle royal was good once the ring emptied a little. Unfortunately, Vince likes to appease the rock and we have to pretend Jax is a monster.

Wish the MYC was longer with a lot of good spots. Made a comment about the attires too.

6 tag match. A lot better than expected, thankfully Natalya was at a minimum. Bayley and Liv really stood out.

NXT title. Good match but I hope the feud is over. This baizler faction could be fun.

Last Woman Standing. Best women's match ever, seriously. They went all out and should have been the main event.

Raw title. They had to give it time but making Nikki look credible just hurts Rousey.

Overall, this was better than just about every other PPV this year. Part of that could have been expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised.

yeah definitely rewatch it, imo

becky had that one really good match vs sasha for the NXT belt but hasn't had a chance to do squat since. was cool to see her get a shot and some time.
