some of those dudes lived their poop man.

there was a mini-doc done years ago, i think i was still in high school, about wrestlers who lived their gimmicks a bit much and it leading to serious issues.

there was some territory wrestler who got estranged from his kids and his wife because he was a heel and couldn't stop being a heel. no way brother. gotta live it.

i also heard a story where him and one other wrestler beat up like 12 guys in a bar one night while pee wee anderson or brian curtis or one of the well known referees hopped up on the bar.

i remember reading something like that.

jake the snake was on Rogan's podcast (must listen episode. (frank)ing insane) talking about how some table of dudes got a bit rowdy one night at some bar and was giving the wrestlers poop for being fake fighters and then Jake and whoever he was with fought them all and then went right back to drinking like it was a movie scene

the stories from back then are so awesome because there were no consequences. they were just barfights and nobody had to get arrested or end up on the news.

and it turns out the horsemen really were living like they portrayed. drinking at bars every night, limos and rolex watches, banging every woman in sight and all that poop.

you're doing it right if those guys stuck out to you because they were real standouts of their time. you could go make a glass of chocolate milk during the tom zenk match but if arn or mr. perfect were out that was the reason you were watching the show so you were glued to that part.

watching young chris benoit matches is awesome too. it doesn't even matter who he's wrestling. he was just so intense and his moves all looked like they hurt.

the steiners brothers when they were together.

brian pillman was the poop too. i think we talked about him recently.

im up to date with last night's happenings


i think they are crushing it now kind of - the whole aew thing definitely lit a fire under their ass and they seem up to the task. like they missed real competition. honestly im not really impressed with what ive seen from aew.
