It is clearly evident that we will not make the playoffs this year. Considering that we are at the beginning of February with another 4 months of hockey ahead of us, what should Molson do to save the image of this team? This is a marketing fiasco for the Habs, something must be done before the end of this year.

Trade the likes of desharnais, eller, pleckanec, dsp, emelin, markov, pacioretty, weise, fleischman, byron (well atleast try to) for picks or other assets then at the end of the season fired the coach ,gm get some people that know how to manage a team guys with knowledge of the game and the young players coming in the game i say pierre Mcguire as gm and coach well the problem here he as to be able to speak french so the line is slim as per french speaking coaches (guy boucher, pascal vincent ass coach jets or benoit groulx qmjhl coach

I agree that we should trade, but the only player on your list that would attract any interest would be Patch. Montreal needs to get a #1 forward, an elite player. Getting such a player as a UFA is going to be almost impossible, drafting will take too many years, therefore do you consider moving one of your 4 untouchables? IMO, Patch, Chucky, Subban, Price are the only players that would make an impact in acquiring a marquis player through a trade.

It's pretty alarming that with Carey Price the Canadiens were 17-4-2 and now have gone 7-20-3.

Price was injured / on IR for a period of those games.

I think his point was that Carey Price is your whole team. And the Habs suck poop.

So guys, what do they do?

I think they're going to make a big splash before trade deadline. More to come.

Given the Habs' current state and the long remaining season, Molson has several options to mitigate the marketing damage and potentially salvage the team's image space waves
