I did watch the game...
I think Babc ock must have read the boys the riot act after the Islander game.
Boys were back to clearing the front of the net, having their head on a swivel and going into the corners harder. Seemed like they were playing like they got yelled at!

They should be playing for their (frank)in lives... But hard to be too critical when they win.
Really, nobody here ever would have guessed that after 52 games the Leafs would have only lost 17 of them. 9 Rookies in the line up.. Crazy good season. Oh and 3 of the top 4 Rookies in scoring are the our kids.. amazing. |

Leafs win the back end of a back to back vs a rested team. Bruins fire the coach who kept them relevant while the GM continues to poop the bed. Senaturds get pummeled. Canucks keep being the Canucks. And the worst organization in hockey got shut out by the Avs. Good times. |

Yes absolutely! If Mcbackup is playing better (which he is at the moment) then Babcock should play him more but if his attitude toward the goaltending is the same as it is toward the defence I don't see changes coming anytime soon. |
