Major changes are needed no doubt.....if we are to have any chances of being competitive again while Kane still has a few elite years...build around him and Saad but the rest of the so called core have to go.....like boat anchors on a sinking ship.

Toews - 3rd line talent-output on a 10.5 mill contract - that never works
Seabs - pylon on skates and makes 7million a year - eesh
AA - Too much money for the output and a nmc - TY Blowman
Q - Lost the room - he's gone stale - fresh change is needed
Bowman - Some good deals but more bad ones IMO including all those high priced nmc contracts - in the end this is what is killing this team

Nick Leddy would be the best defenseman on the team today lol. Something has to change, this is a dogpoop product from an entertainment standpoint. Toews looks 35, Seabs is a train wreck defensively almost every other shift, and the rest of the D aren't that good.

If I'm McDonaugh, I'm looking for drastic change within the month of November or heads (Q and Bowman) should be rolling.

Enzo, ya I'm right with you there. On 1 hand, McD/Bowman/Rocky have been loyal to a fault. Just wonder what the fanbase would have thought if McD told Stan to hold fast on Seabrook or Toews or Crawford. Too many guys got paid but had already peaked. Got paid for past performance and the new deals kept Stan's hands tied from being able to do much other than going fishing offshore (Kempny, Rutta, Panarin).
