Nick Leddy would be the best defenseman on the team today lol. Something has to change, this is a dogpoop product from an entertainment standpoint. Toews looks 35, Seabs is a train wreck defensively almost every other shift, and the rest of the D aren't that good.

If I'm McDonaugh, I'm looking for drastic change within the month of November or heads (Q and Bowman) should be rolling.

MCD has some decisions to make, is it the players, or the system that is failing? But either way this is looking like something that will need to be fixed as early as December if this hot garbage continues.

And another note... I'm wondering how bad the relationship is between Bowman and Q now. With apparently how pissed Q was when they canned Kitchen, and now Qs benching of Murphy, the prized possession of the Hammer deal... I think things are going to come to a boil pretty quick if they don't get this figured out.

If that's true, its his own fault for giving those ugly no trade contracts.

and that should do it...as if it was really needed...6-2..

Agreed. Maybe we'll have another Bobby Portis / Nikolai Mirotic confrontation upon us. We can only wonder just how bad that relationship is. You forgot to mention that Quenneville walked out of a meeting on draft day when he found out about the Hjalmarsson trade. That was swept under the carpet nicely wasn't it. Or they made up some other BS story why he left.....don't remember exactly.

I think it's time for the Hawks to say good-bye to Q.He has done a great job with this team,but like most coaches time has run out.We need to have some new ideas,and someone who can run a power play with all this talent.We have so much skill but no grit what so ever.
