Teachers grooming students is a huge problem going forward. This BS has to stop. This was in Canada. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

β€œMy grade 10 daughter has her friend over and she is telling us about her history class today. She had a supply teacher who required the class the say their pronouns out loud & then pick from a photo on the video projector of dogs looking sad or tired or happy and tell the class what dog they felt like today.
What the he11 is going on in our education system?

That sounds like something one of my daughters, she is a teachers assistant, said the teacher uses regularly. You will never guess where she is born, raised and educated from

My sister in law has refused to go back to the School Board she used to love because of these new woke polices that are being pushed/groomed onto the kids. Man it's sad and they are becoming short on Teachers too. It needs to stop and good people need to step up but man it's concerning and like you said will spiral into a huge problem. Massaging mental illnesses into normalcy isn't the answer at all for these kids. They need proper guidance and don't appear to be getting it in many cases now.

That's an understatement. After 8 years of JT/Juggy almost everything wrong with Canada can be traced to liberal mass immigration policies. Crime, Schools, Housing, Healthcare, employment etc it can all be tied to the Liberals idiotic policies.

Hilarious that they would take credit for a small drop in interest rates when their policies are responsible for the high interest rates in the first place lol. Printing all that money sure helped Trudeau and Biden lol. And now we see the results. Remarkable actually.

Way over Lefty's head, he's too (frank)ing stupid to grasp the big picture.

He did however use his Canadian vacation to leech off the government though.

I feel sorry for his family.

PEI... 264km long, 64km wide, 142m is the highest elevation above sea level.

Lefty probably has a potato phobia so it aint going to happen.

Taken from A Washington post article about a merger between Albertsons and Kroger

raise grocery prices for millions during a time when Americans are already paying more due to high inflation on food.

I thought it was a Canadian issue, at least according to some, but I am sure it is governments fault there as well. If there is a right wing government in place then it isn't a government issue.

All that shows is a decrease in the "trend" due to COVID. Every country in the world experienced a GDP decline during COVID and probably didn't meet trend projections.

Lefty's statement was "no growth over the past 6 years". That is simply not true. Most western nations are exposed to global trends more than what's happening within our own country. That's the result of Globalism. But to whine and point fingers at our current PM for economic issues that are global issues is kind of dumb.

Justin has got to go but it's more to do with him being an idiot than any particular policy or action he's done personally. In fact, I don't think he's done much at all other than a few social engineering bills that align more with NDP thinking.

But I will give credit where credit is due. The Libs were masterful in their renegotiation of NAFTA, especially when Canada's adversary was a Trump administration.

Anyway, let's see what Mr. PP can do. I don't think much will change.

Agree that JT is a (frank)ing idiot. Get him out asap with a non-confidence vote. Correct as well with PP. I can say I'm totally disillusioned with Canadian & US politics, so I won't even waste my time getting into a healthy debate about anyone's policies. VIVA Mexico.

Totally agree. All politicians are garbage regardless of party affiliation. All I'm looking for in a politician is someone who can:

1. Reduce size of government.
2. Get healthcare out of Provincial hands and make it Federal.
3. Get Education out of Provincial hands and make it Federal.
4. Reduce tax burden on all Canadians (it's been proven time and time again you can't tax yourself out of debt or recession). Our leaders have forgotten how to earn money other than increasing taxes, and that goes for all three levels of government. It's fucking out of control.

Onto another interesting topic, political disinformation. So happy these Alt-right streamers are finally getting exposed for their connections to Putin's state media.

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/crrlv7jdnq8o

As I've mentioned, I consider myself to be conservative in my political beliefs. But I've been struggling with today's definition of "conservative". I don't like the direction of modern day conservatism. To me, it's not conservatism, it's nationalism/ethnocentrism/chauvinism. That kind of extremism is a very dangerous road to travel.

The streamers accused of simping in the indictment are some of the worst extremists on the internet. Major players in the erosion of our society. Hope they get theirs.

So the accusations are of the exact same thing America does but on a much much smaller scale. Like microscopic in comparison. America does this to it's friendly partner nations as well.

My problem is not with the one's offering the money, my problem is with the one's who take the money and then present themselves as independent thinkers who "work hard to expose the truth".

Administrators vs clinical staff in Canada has risen to almost criminal levels. Our hospitals and healthcare system are being completely mismanaged.

β€œLondon Ont. hospital trims administration by 14% in a bid to undo financial damage caused over recent years.
My question is, our hospitals are publicly funded and should be properly run. Why is this mismanagement allowed? What's happening at other hospitals that we don't hear about?

β€œ11 times as many public health bureaucrats as Germany on a per capita basis. 14 Ministries of Health in Canada. 64 VIce Presidents in BC’s health authorities. No wonder there is a lack of funding for patient care. Administration should be cut by 90%, not just 14%.”
