This pandemic has them going a little crazy though. I go to work and when I get back it's like i've been gone for a month.

I find it hilarious that everyone is all of a sudden concerned because Vantel left, implying we drove him away. All of this after Vantel accused some of us of driving people away.

Very convenient to ignore the "thread driver" had his hand in driving many away over the years.

it's funnier that some of these guys call out players for being weak, not having a backbone etc. and yet they are the ones that rage quit in a fit of emotion.

To be honest, this place became less fun once the main thread became too serious. Everyone here is clearly a pretty diehard hockey fan, or else why the hell would we be attracted to a place called hockeybuzz to begin with. That's why I always laugh at suggestions we don't really care about hockey.

Being a Leafs fan or being a vegetarian are deal breakers, best to get that stuff sorted out right away.
Turns out she had a friend or roommate who was corporate Boston Pizza, so she went to a lot of games in their suite. I knew we had a future when she told me how much she hated Cloutier in his time.

He couldn’t win the big prize. This market is ravenous for something more than entertaining hockey. The fan base has been more than patient and now it’s time to collect on that debt. If players, management, and ownership can’t pay up... god help them.

They started poopting on him after the Niedermayer OT goal if I remember correctly. I get he didn't win it all, but the team still only scored 8 goals in 7 games.
