I’ve been a captain multiple times and am currently a regional manager of my company. If I felt like Or feel like my company or team isn’t doing what we all need to exceed I am going to voice my opinion and give them time to listen. If they don’t I am going to go somewhere that people in charge value my opinion and listen. And he has voiced his opinion already.

I’ll just say this ranking is interesting but I don’t know how much stock I’d put into it.

But it has Allen as the #4 QB for wins above replacement this year
