Glad to see even in a scrimmage the refs don't call interference |

Funny story about this. I am supposed to go down near Tampa on Super Bowl weekend. Friend owns a place down there so we have a free place to stay. The idea would be to hit up the scene and see what it's like. Supposed to go Friday to Monday. If the Bills make it, a part of me wants to fly home Sunday morning to be back home in time for the game...unless, of course, I miraculously get tickets. - buffalofan19
I already have tickets. I won't go either way. already been to two. pm me if you're interested. might be expensive. |

How many teams go to the playoffs with their backup playing the majority of games? The only ones that do are rookies and unknowns (i.e. the Kurt Warners of the world) who then become starters anyway. Veteran backups are backups for a reason. They can win you 3 or 4 games if you're really lucky but that's about it. If you have to lean on them for more than that, your season was most likely toast anyway. - buffalofan19
If Allen gets hurt, even just for a few games,
I don’t have faith that we win games with Barkley
QB is easily the most important position
It’s unwise imo to have such a mediocre backup
It could really cost us
For example:
If Barkley had to play 2 games for us this year,
and we lost them- we’d be the 4th seed
Playing BAL in round1, & KC in round2 IF we won
Idk about you, but that scenario is much less preferable than our current one |

...Cole Beasley is sidelined with an ankle injury. The issue is considered a “week-to-week” situation for Beasley and Stills does have experience playing inside in Beasley’s spot.

Thanks.
Better than a knee I suppose, although having gone through a very bad high ankle sprain myself, those MFers take forever to heal properly. |

99% of the time when a team loses their starting QB for an extended period of time they are toast for the season. |

I know it’s a garbage scrimmage ..... but I think we will like staal at 2C
And I always forgot that Mittlestadt when he’s not housing Big Macs is actually a pretty tall player. |

IMO, if that combo with Skinner too continues to click well, then I think Cozens may infact find himself at 1RW sooner than later...maybe not immediately, but a couple /5 games in.
I just can't see him playing 3RW for too long, unless they are intent to move him to 3C before promoting him to 2C. [E.g. 3RW --> 3C ------>2C) |

Allen is just easy to like. Just seems like a guy you can have a drink with and prob wouldn’t even say a word about football........
Let say the opposite of TB12 - ZiggyBuff
they were loving what he was doing on the field, his size, his arm, his scrambling/running ability, hitting his receivers including diggs, an off season move they all loved |

Can’t wait for Bryson to receive the Pilut treatment and sit for a bunch of useless vets to play. |

if i'm not mistaken, he needs to play 23 (?) games in buffalo or he becomes a ufa |

Reinhart from behind the net where he's terrific feeding Staal and Skinner for one-timers should be pretty great.
Reinhart and Staal are both going to play a puck possession game down low and Skinner is a great transition compliment. That line makes a ton of sense |

Matt Irwin is going to become a fan favorite because he will block a shot after a brutal turnover, after he iced the puck but will play over Bryson all year |
