It’s kinda nuts that the core group of this team will have players from 4(!) different general managers

They all sucked so we got to draft a team full of top 7 picks. |
|
|
|
if i'm not mistaken, he needs to play 23 (?) games in buffalo or he becomes a ufa - Michael Pachla
Sounds about right. Type-Nelson UFA.

That lob pass by Jokiharju to create a 2-on-1 was slick |

Reinhart from behind the net where he's terrific feeding Staal and Skinner for one-timers should be pretty great.
Reinhart and Staal are both going to play a puck possession game down low and Skinner is a great transition compliment. That line makes a ton of sense - jcragcrumple
Hopefully it works so well that Staal signs a 35+ bonus ladent contract for 1 more year! |

Yes he has.
And dahlin size is very noticeable |

It's been their best line, by a mile.

Matt Irwin is going to become a fan favorite because he will block a shot after a brutal turnover, after he iced the puck but will play over Bryson all year - sbroads24
it's the first scrimmage...and what good is bryson on the bench in buffalo when he could be playing top, all-situation minutes in rochester...
why rush him into irwin's reserve role? |

Happy to see Tage has finally added the weight he’s needed to for two offseasons now.
Looks much more confident out there now since he isn’t getting knocked off pucks by people breathing on him.
He’s always had the hands and the shot. Hopefully he can put it all together now.

yes he was...progressing very nicely...in fact, i really like his game and how he uses his every inch of his body for positioning to make up for his lack of size...
however, no need to rush him |
|

Pray to whoever that Johansson never has to play goal for this team anytime soon. - ImThatGuy
Multiple people saying they'd rather him than either of our goalies now.... laughable what say thee now? |

he was playing real well...we can only hope that he passes through that threshold to become a top-nine (pray for a top-six) winger |
