And in this "singular event" cops moved aside barricades to let them in, gave them directions, apologized to them as they were leaving, and took selfies with them. Also don't compare a Target with the seat of government while it's in session doing their Constitutional duty, JFC I can't believe that needs to be said. That lady got shot right outside the House chamber that was in session.
And other than a couple fringe lunatics; no one supported rioting or the CHAD/CHAZ/CHOP whatever the (frank) those morons called it. Trump said "I love you, you're special, remember this day forever" to people who raided the Capitol.
bumholes wearing "6MWE" and "Camp Auschwitz" shirts and Israeli flags flying is frankly hilarious that these (frank)ing idiots have no grip on reality whatsoever, posting videos of themselves barefaced and easily identifiable committing numerous federal crimes. It's just a good thing they have room temperature IQs and no plan or it could've been dangerous.
See the difference? - Wetbandit1
I saw night after night after night, burning buildings, innocent people lost their life-saving in their business, areas of a city captured for months.
To me, FAR FAR WORSE .
YES, I see the difference.
Edit: to be clear, as I posted the other day..I do NOT condone violence as a solution. I was originally responding to the comparison of why no Nat'l Guard at the Capital vs the staging of them af one if the cities after so many nights of violence.
It ain't that hard to understand. |

I think the point you are missing is your dumb memes your friends and you are sharing are like 7 months into summer riots and comparing it to hour one of the capitol riot. All cities run by democrats. Within hours there were thousands of federal officers there (armed) which Mayor Bowser refused to allow them before the protests. - Fattony1187
you didn't read the article i posted a link to, did you...and i don't know where you found my "dumb memes' this summer but show me because i don't recall ever posting anything like that...
however, this is going nowhere, as usual, so i leave the you with this:
The head of the self-described "Law and Order Party," President Trump (using a slogan he stole from Nixon no less,) unleashed an angry mob on an understaffed Capitol Police Force. The mob proceeded to overrun the police, causing multiple injuries to over a dozen police officers, and ransacked what's known as the People's House--The Capitol, which is the seat of democracy. This angry mob forgets the most important slogan they spitefully and hatefully chanted at BLM protests and rallies over the summer--Blue Lives Matter!!!--and end up killing...a police officer.
They are told to go home by Trump but not before he feigns empathy, tells the mob, "We love you" and calls them "very special people." |

I agree he doesn’t like him but I can’t see him sticking on the 4th line. There is not liking someone and there is sheer stupidity. If he puts skinner on the 4th line Kim should fire him immediately - IndianaSabresFan
Last year he started him on a line with Johannssen, who has been at best a 40 point player his entire career and Sobotka. I don't care how 'good' they played before Sobotka got hurt, that line was not assembled to score points. Then he refused to play him on PP1 and played PP1 about 1:40 seconds for every 2 minutes we had on the PP. He also buried him both before and after he had his injury - Which was a direct result of his frustrations.
I remember the play vividly. For serveral games, Skinner had been playing maybe 10-12 minutes a night, no PP time, with Larsson as his C and he finally got so frustrated he took a blind-side run at Pasternak and Pasternak caught him last second and demolished him.
He basically publicly said he didn't like Skinner's practice habits and suggested he was a one-dimensional player who wouldn't commit to playing defense.
News flash: Skinner is a one-dimensional player. But his lack of defensive ability is wildly exaggerated. He played on a horrible Hurricanes team that missed the playoffs for 9 consecutive years. They were in danger of being relocated again due to attendance issues and an owner who didn't care. They got bought by a guy who seems to love the game and brought in Brind'amour to re-energize the locker room but even he has already begun to run his course after only 2 seasons.
What I do know about Skinner is that he has always been a consistent 20-goal guy who never had a play-maker to feed him the puck and scored most of his goals at even-strength. Then he played with Eichel and scored 40 and was signed to a huge contract to literally score goals on Eichel's wing for the next 8 years. We didn't need him to do anything else.
New coach comes in and refuses to play him with Eichel. Not only that, but insists on playing him with the least offensively gifted player I have ever watched play hockey, Johan (frank)ing Larsson and "My brain melted and I can only skate forward and dump the puck'poso" and then blamed his practice habits.
Kreuger is horrible. I don't care if he brought us Hall because they slept together that one time. If he doesn't have Skinner in the top-6, and if he doesn't play Hall on Eichel's wing 90% of the time, he's a complete jackass.
But he went to a bunch of bars and chatted up the fans that one time and Pegula is a 5-year old in a 70-year old's body so believe me, he won't be going anywhere and Skinner will waive his NMC to go to (frank)ing Mars if it means never having to play for this team again. |

I'm gonna save you the trouble: Skinner will be buried on a line with Lazar and Hall will be playing with Staal and by game 10, we will already know this team is going to miss the playoffs.
I hope to god I'm wrong but I am not excited. At least they'll finally look good in the royal blues while losing.
Until this team can prove me otherwise, I will brace myself for failure and disappointment. |

See this is my problem. I have already stated numerous times, it is no longer about the right and the left. And it's the failure of your generations to realize this that causes the further divide.
There are Democrats and Republicans, but Trump and his supporters are the "Alt-Right". Trumpism is a new ideology. The two most powerful parties pick candidates they think will win them the election and the Democrats in many ways are more conservative than the Republicans.
The issue here is that "Republicans" in the traditional sense don't seem to understand there are more than 2 ideologies. They label anything not "right" as "leftist". The "Democrats" don't do this. They at least understand that the fringe groups do exists, however, they constantly under-estimate them and their ability to organize.
You sound so ignorant labeling a bunch of us as "leftist" because we understand the distinctions between Republicans and the Alt-Right, because honestly, none of the people who are on here speaking out against this radicalized group have ever claimed to be "leftist" by any stretch of the imagination.
Maybe, just maybe, we can see the problems from all sides and maybe, juuuust maybe, we see that as "bad" as the "left" or the Democrats can be, as wrong as BLM's approach may be, as contradictory as "Antifa" may come across, the Alt-Right is the most dangerous and irrational group in America today. |

I'm not jumping in front of a semi, because I know where it's headed. I can just see it starting to jack-knife already.
We get anything more than average goaltending, we're talking (+).910 and (-)2.50 - From all goalies combined - And we're good. If we get something more along the lines of (-).905 and (+)2.80, we're screwed. That's how slight the difference needs to be. |

I think people are really going to notice the loss of Girgensons and Larsson to the defense. Our actual defensemen are bad at defense.
If goalies play well, we will score enough to be ok.
If they suck, which outside of a hot stretch seems like the inevitable, we’re gonna lose a ton of 5-3 games |

Yes, yes you do, or at least should.
Scratch him, give him a maintenance day whatever...evaluate a taxi player in that spot on the 4th line. There is no, NO good reason to put a 40G, $9m on 4th line...it serves no purpose. - IonSabres
Whatever was going on between krueger and skimmer clearly hasnt been resolved.
Maybe it's a discipline, work harder motivation statement?
* I appreciate your stance on the incoming administration/ house / Senate. Very American of you uncle ion. I still wish there was some form of diversity, not good to have all 3 either way in my opinion? |

This post of mine from Wednesday at 7:30 AM (page 33) either aged really well in 2 days, or not at all:
What a great day so far...USA are champs, Sabres have 2 of the top-five scorers from the tourney, Trump will be leaving DC. In 2 weeks (maybe in handcuffs), and it looks like the Turtle will no longer be calling the shots in the Senate. Halleluiah!
Great day to get a Powerball ticket. |

Goaltending is the single biggest issue this season on paper. That and like you said, the loss of 2/3 of the log line.
Forwards/2c an actual good top 9
Defense- young and mobile. Should be more experienced
Goaltending- average at best |
