I’m not saying useless 5v5, I’m saying much worse then those two so why force round peg into a square hole for the sake of pushing really hard. Give Eichel what’s worked in the past.. or the best player he’ll play with on a line in his career (most likely) and VO can remain the trigger man on the PP

It was jacks best season because he’s becoming a superstar not because of VO.. and not trying to be a bum hole but when we are talking about Ryan Johnson and I say he had a better second half of the year when he’s a freshman in college it’s brushed off as he’s had a bad year vs VO who may have looked better in his second half but is still nowhere near the caliber of player Hall or Skinner is. I like VO. Want him to succeed. But his individual success comes majority on the PP, which is fine. Not trying to force things like look we have a 7th rounder playing on the first line just because. These are all IMHO of course

As he should be until he proves himself. Send him to Rlchester, drive the message home...work, work, work. Use this season in Rochester to develop while he can still ge sent down.

Tage should not be kn 4th line. If he doesn't earn a top 9, then send him down. His $1.4m salary was designed to protect the asset he is as much as is reasonably possible. Nit many teams have space to take a chance on an unproven player who has shown literally nothing.

by the looks of it we'll be seeing the forward pairings of hall and jack, staal and skunk...

one might assume that thompson will join hall/jack, as that's the way they practiced and olofsson on the staal/skunk line
