Great reed Mike , Go Bill's!
Homie- you gotta like Staal and sam together.
Sounds like
hall and eichel
Staal and sam
Skimmer and lazar and probably okposo
The " slo" line
I could see oloffson fitting right in with this top 6. ( TOP 4 currently)
Go Bill's - Boss34
skinner won't be able to do crap without someone at right wing creating at least some space...the skinner/lazar line might be a golden opportunity for cozens to get his feet wet as not only can he create a little space, and finish, but he also is very aware defensively, has the horses to fly on the back check and he's already up to game speed (even if it's not quite nhl game speed)...ralph's all gung-ho on sheahan and his pk ability and in doing so he might be rendering this line completely useless as well as wasting $9m of uncle terry's money |

I would hope Ralph wasn't happy with how those lines went tonight. Obviously Eichel + Hall + anyone will work, but the rest was underwhelming.

Taylor Hall said he was "taken aback" when he first saw Tage Thompson's "tremendous package of size and skills" at Sabres training camp.
"As he gets older and kind of figures it out more, he’s got all the potential in the world."

Skinner needs a top center to produce allstar goal totals.
Can't skimmer generate any offense on his own? I thought that was part of his gig? Never really having a good center in Carolina?
I really think we have a #1 pairing (Hall and eich) +1
Until someone looks good. And when they stop looking good, its somebody else. Sam,olo, cozens, tage, quinn*
Then 3 even type balanced lines.
Equal 5 x 5 time for line
2A
2B
2c
Hall and eich will lead the league in ice time at their individual positions. Lw and c respectively. |

I thought mitts' line, with quinn and asplund looked good, with high-end engagement, and the eakin, okposo, reider line looked as they should...of note, reider's got some speed and eakin isn't exactly slow either |

How were the lines entering and the overall experience?
Pro's and cons of covid home playoff games.
Aside from winning?
Go Bill's - Boss34
Wasn't bad at all, just had to wait for a text for gate and time for entrance and then when the game was over wait to be released from are pod. Surprised how many people were in the lower bowl. Had a great time, I hope I get another chance to go. |

Agreed, but one of those is the non-NHL line and the other is probably a 4th line (I can't bring myself to call Skinner's line the 4th). Lot of middle 6 questions.

So it looks like tage is the new shotgun rider on top line, im intrigued
Regardless, hall and eichel together should be all world level together. I giggle at the thought of watching this
After seeing the highlights, our goaltending looks to be unhealthy at best. Its going to ruin what could be a big step forward |

Well... the Bills didn’t play great, that’s for sure
U could even argue we were outplayed
But the sign we are a good team is that we won anyways!
Idk if we took them lightly, or the Colts just played great, but hopefully this tight game gives the Bills that extra jolt to prepare harder & dig deeper here going forward.
Could be a blessing in disguise?
Also... shout out to the crowd in the stands!
They were pretty damn loud for only being 1/10 of what’s normally at the game
Nice freaking job Bills fans!
Next up.... hopefully a Pittsburgh rematch
I’d much prefer playing them than the BAL/TEN winner
GO BILLS!!! |

If Tage actually works well enough in the top6 to bump Skinner to the 3rd line with Lazar,
I’d think it’s fairly safe to assume that the RW will end up being Cozens
So if you’ve got Lazar for checking & digging out pucks, i suppose i could see that working to free up Cozens to “playmake” & set up Skinner
Ideally the Lazar spot would be a more offensively talented guy, but we might not have that yet. And Lazar did get picked in the middle of the 1st round for a reason- he does have some offensive skill
And maybe at some point Mitts or Routsalainen is playing so well that they take that spot away from Lazar
That could be the extra punch of talent to put that line over the top (for a “3rd” line) |

Are we safe in assuming this is the new “LOG” line?
I didn’t see the scrimmage from the other day,
and was too busy celebrating the Bills today-
I totally forgot there even was a scrimmage today |

What a day boys, great game by Josh. Are defense was shaky, Edmund's looks lost out there sometimes, Milano had a decent game, seems he was expecting help over the top on that 1 touchdown. Need to tighten it up. - Buff36

Skinner - Staal - Reinhart was the best line all camp until they broke it up. |
