3 reasons why I prefer yeldon for the number 2 back assuming moss is out
1. 2 years with the big club practicing with josh in this offense
2. 135 pass catches the three years before he came here
3. caught a bullet from josh for a td earlier in the year - homiedclown
Fair points
I’m ok with Yeldon as the backup for THIS week
But he’s not good imo either
So if we wanted to give the practice squad kid a shot, I’m ok with that too
Neither are a great option imo
Singletary should play A LOT |

looks like they are all in on ullmark
my guess is with hutton being unmovable they decided to stand pat - homiedclown
Understandable reasoning
But unless Ullmark makes a big leap forward,
it could be what costs us a playoff spot |

Moss could be a star. Throw first offense...... - Boss34

Yeldon will be the guy.
If Williams was their guy they wouldn’t have cut him like 5 times during the season |

they average 14 catches a game over the last 6 games
about 9 a game from wr's
dobbins, edwards and jackson will follow the chiefs playbook if we stay in nickel, I fear - homiedclown
The Bills play much more nickel than base 4-3. Idk, I'd rather have a nickel corner shadowing Jackson than Klein. Klein will look like a moron trying to track down Jackson in the open field. He can move north/south on a blitz, but he would look really bad trying to move laterally with Jackson |

We're kinda designed to throw the ball.
I like his game, just a rookie, hurt , missed a few games.
Better upside than Singletary in my opinion.

Michael Jordan was cut from his high school team
If he played better, worked harder, you think the coach cuts him again?
I see them heavy Singletary and dressing both. Hot hand.
Williams looked good, scary good.

If all u want is a ground & pound guy with limited big play potential, then Moss is fine
But a “star” is quite the reach
He’s no Nick Chubb, Bettis, etc
Singletary led the league in yards/carry last year bc of his explosive plays
He’s got that upside where Moss just doesn’t |

Sure, I liked Williams game, but Yeldon is a veteran who undoubtedly knows the offense better and has had more snaps with the first team offense over the past two years
I’d be shocked if he’s not dressed |

It’s ok if he’s dressed
Just don’t wanna see him touch the ball much
Play Singletary 80% of the time
And throw almost all the time when Yeldon is
in there |

Yeldon is below average
But i agree there’s not a huge dropoff,
Bc we barely run anyways
We may finally get to see Singletary used more,
which is a good thing imo |

I think it’s bc we didn’t give him the ball much
He looked a lot better towards the end of last season when he was getting 20ish touches
This year he’s been lucky to get 10 touches |

15carries & 5catches....
that seems reasonable to me
Our RBs didn’t even total 15carries yesterday though |

We have a ball game here. If the Steelers get the ball back without another Browns TD it could get interesting. |

Plenty of time left
Pin them deep & get the ball back with good field position |
