Does that seem like a good move?
It certainly isn't the whole story, but a simple way to look at it.
I'd rather have Skins burying set-up from Staal and Reinhart and move Oloffson to 4th line and lose say 4 EV goals rather than 25 again.

The human condition is the human condition be it football, hockey or life. Working together works better than within your own framework.

Edmonton didn't have a full season with Ralph and a new GM who wanted his own but sure, Carolina had a long look at Skinner and knew him well. If he was so elite why did they toss him away for nothing?
