Looks like we may have been right on Staal unfortunately.

Trading for guys who are 36 and really didn’t want to get traded seems like a bad idea.

IMO he is not mentally all in and it his age it really shows.

Staal still isn’t as bad as Eakin.

If they would have made the right move at 3C it wouldn’t have been as big a deal.

I was concerned from the start with his comments.

Didn’t really sound like he wanted to leave Minnesota nor be here.

He’s just doesn’t have it currently.

Don’t get me started on Eakin.

Literally one of the worst hockey players in the entire league last year.

Yeah. Hopefully it’s just him getting acclimated but it looks bleak so far

Looks like you've been right all along about not having facepunchers.

Game 2 - staal hammered leaves game
Game 3 - dahlin cheap shotted , guy gets fined
Game 4 - our only goalie gets elbowed "accidentally " and leaves game.

Pegulas want to sell the Sabres so yes. Hall will be traded. Eichel will want out and Mr. Soccer gets a fat bonus if he can get Skinner to demand a trade.

When the books are light, they will be set up for another rebuild with new ownership at the helm.
