Who did Tampa add after losing to Columbus?

Exactly - just like Pittsburgh, they foolishly picked up a bully rather than addressing grit. Radko Gudas is still in the league because teams are foolish in the same way. Find good players that are gritty, like the Blues did with ROR. This isn't the old days where our aircraft carrier had to go fight someone else's carrier.

Vegas and Tampa are now consistently in the top 5 and contend every year. The Blues were a pump and dump. You won’t see them competing much longer if at all.

i don't see how you can say that about the Blues. But agreed on the good ownership statement. And part of that is hiring people that see where the league is going and not making foolish decisions (like confusing bullies with toughness and signing players to stupid contracts).

Cozens sent to taxi squad because the Sabres are more concerned about contracts than they are icing a good team.

This team is (frank)ing stupid.

I could be wrong about the blues but I feel like they moved out the wrong talent, the GM did a decent job replacing that talent but not enough.

Avalanche are going to be interesting, they moved out Zadorov for a skilled winger.

Sakic did a great job filling the bottom 6 with proven talent and the Kadri trade was beautiful.

Cozens sent to taxi squad because the Sabres are more concerned about contracts than they are icing a good team.

It might not be what you think. They said that they were going to play him 45ish games because he has never played that much before. If you're going to rest him once in a while you may as well briefly put him on the taxi squad. If the play Thompson instead of giving Mitts a shot I think that would be stupid.

I don't love it either but I don't see what the difference is. They said they were going to rest him 10 or so games so they are on schedule. Most teams do this with players that age. Also, time to see Mitts. We can kill them for a lot of things but probably not this.

Is this the same Tua I watched all year who:
1. For the most part wouldn’t throw more than 7 yards down field
2. Had his offensive coordinator (Gailey) retire when told they’d be going with Tua again next year

I think Houston will and should get three first for him. Watson, Allen and mahomes are the best three young QBs in football. Think about it this way: Would you trade Allen for three 1st?

It’s a completely different situation. Houston almost has to trade him- and they can only get what someone is gonna offer.
I don’t mean to say Watson will get traded at some deep discount or anything, but there’s no way they’re gonna get his “fair value” either

Just bring in gallant... not sure it helps elc and who gets sat in the taxi. But the frustration with the a$$ backward nature in which this team is run, continues...

Maybe Kim will pay attention after the bills finish their run....
