I am not missing anything. They want to get better sort term. How do you do that without signing decent bottom 6 veterans and trying to draft well for future top 6 players?

The last few gms tried to put young guys out that were not ready. Our depth is not good enough to sustain that, some teams can.

Not sure your point. They made extended playoffs (played more recently than Sabres) and have 3 (Sabres have 6) new players.

So far nothing the Pegulas have done have made the team better. They have doubled there investment with the harbor center, which is what Terry is good at. They have failed at every other aspect of running an organization.

I only counted 3 new players, but forgot Allen (not sure goalies count as much as other players). So maybe 4. What players are new? Coaches being fired seem to help a team, if I can remember the Blues won the cup after a coaching change mid season. I was talking about players. Sorry.

You’re lack of passion is exactly what Krueger and the Pegulas are hoping for. It’s been a train wreck for the Pegulas and the problem lies directly on them.
