Yep, married one myself. There's only one place I will go around here and that's Falletta's and the cook there is from Modica, Sicily. But even then most of the time I get the Strip Steak and Scallops or the Braciole.

Tri-tip is great. I have no idea why they don't sell it on the East coast. I run the smoker out here almost weekly and that's one of my favorites. My grandmother used to buy "Delmonico" steaks back in Buffalo. I've never seen that cut anywhere else, and I've lived in quite a few cities.

No, usually Cheese herbs prosciutto. Sometimes if they have it on Sunday's they will use fish instead of Beef.
