Agreed on the low cost aspect.

Fitz is 5x the QB's they have already in Barkley and Fromm.
He could win them 2-3 games to keep their chances alive.

Funny now that the rest of the league has caught up to the Sabres in terms of games played they now sit at the bottom of the division and near the bottom of the league.

Now you look at that schedule, 46 games in 83 days os cruel. I’m holding out hope for for 4th place, but given the circumstances you can’t really judge if they don’t pull it off. Shame that after all these years of being a$$ they get essentially robbed out of 2 straight seasons. I don’t think anyone could have pictured worse luck. Crazy.

Well Jack and Rhino didn't get the needed tandem bike rides in. I just think saying we're 4th last in the league when some teams have played 13,14,15,16 games and are 2 or 3 points ahead of us is a glass half full. The last 7 periods have been bad, but before that if they had scored a few goals we all would be saying something different.

Montreal got the last playoff spot while having gotten to play 2 more games. The Sabres weren’t given a fair opportunity, now this. We know they haven’t done themselves many favors over the years but 2 have 2 straight seasons wiped from them(and Eichel’s career) hurts. I just don’t think anyone could have envisioned this.
