I know a lot of you are regulars to the Tampa area - I have a rare midweek (wednesday to sunday) opening in my clearwater beach condo. The flights on Allegiant Air (Niagara Falls) are currently$200 round trip to airports within 2 hours of the unit. The unit normally goes for $350 + taxes and fees per night this week but I am willing to rent it out for $175 / night+ cleaning fee (no taxes if you go through me). It's a gorgeous area with sunset right out the window and a heated pool. Also, you can walk to bars and restaurants. DM me if you're interested.

I was actually planning on going two days ago myself but then felt guilty about it. That's the worst part about owning one of these things - the mortgage is so high that I feel guilty using it.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone scoops it up, but why feel guilty about using it. Isn't that why you buy into stuff like that, to make some money but to enjoy sometimes too.
