-Make all the poopheads who are unqualified and collecting a paycheck earn it for once. Take away this bum coaches little safety nets he has in the form of Eichel, Dahlin and others. Make guys like Okposo and Skinner play huge minutes.

Like tank but different. Stop making Buffalo place where guys come to get wealthy and coast. The harcore fans have proven time and time again they aren't cancelling the tickets. Make the GM learn to operate on a budget. Stop acting like you have to pay every guy 9-10 million a year for just doing his job.

They'll come in dead last where they belong. Build from there. Not for the purpose of hoarding first overall picks, but expelling bad contrats and shortcuts over time. Invest in truly good and motivated persons.

Sending skating machines and net's to player's house's isn't the same as the islanders on a winning streak.

We added Eichel, Reinhart, Skinner, Hall, Staal, Dahlin and a few other pieces and it's not working. New coaches and GM's and nothing is working.

Patrick Kane is on another level of Hall and Reinhart, that would be a huge upgrade for Eichel. There comes a time where Eichel has to take some blame for this also.

Pegula is lucky the Hawks and the NHL hasn't stepped in and told him to " back off" P Kane. He wants him on this team and has been trying and at 1 point went to far. I'm shocked it hasn't come out.
