i don't think this team would be much better...he's a great player, but only at best a good leader, imo...

that and, players need to lead themselves...too many passengers puts too much pressure on those who willingly carry more weight on their shoulders than that of simply playing up to and beyond their all around abilities

there's a lot to what gerbe said about t-pegs and his varying attempts to structure his hockey operations...he's a very rich man who's very gullible when it comes to things he's not acutely experienced with (like we all are)...i'm not sure what the ratio is between hucksters and true hockey men, but he seems to be a magnet for hucksters
