I didn’t read the article but I saw it briefly. If it is an old commercial or warehouse renovation to mixed use facility that is par for the course those buildings have been built prior to real standards and then left vacant for a while. I am currently working on one as an engineer and it’s a disaster and will take years to make it viable. I can’t imagine having the money to dump into those projects because you have to know you might not get it back. But again I didn’t read the article and may be way off

It kinda sucks going to the games without him.
Couple years he was injured.

He's entertaining, but so is winning.

I didn’t read the article but I saw it briefly. Trading Eichel is basically giving up on an entire roster construction and totally starting over

Trading ROR was just a big name that wasn’t happy and they wanted a statement trade.

Peerless price got us a 1st from Atlanta

At some point though, it's just not gonna work.

The pegula's aren't gonna quit the Sabres.

Someone would have to be buying into a losing product and purchasing land, restaurants and harbor centers as part of a deal.

If you’re moving Eichel you’re getting back a poop ton more than ROR and you’re hitting the reset button on an entire team basically.

If Eichel goes, You’re constructing a whole new team outside of Cozens, Dahlin, etc

It might actually have good results long term completely overhauling the roster

I don't want to trade Jack, but if you're gonna blow it up, he will get you the most pieces. We as fans didn't make the team Sh!tty, that was on the team and multiple GM's. I'm sorry a 7mill dollar a year player can't take a little criticism from fans.
