the other 2 passed for over 4,000 alone

only brees was shy of 4,000 passing yards

There was a report out of the Houston Chronicle that he told the Texans he's staying put after the Jets and Chargers went elsewhere. It was on my CBS app feed.

I do wonder if the Bills winning had something to do with it, as in teams didn't want to wait until after next week or possibly even the Super Bowl to bring him on because they lose weeks of preparation until the offseason.

I am purely speculating. There's also a chance that he was never the favorite in LA and someone was connecting dots because both Daboll and the GM went to St. Francis High School together.
