It's both.
It isn't one man, one player, or owner.
It is from top to bottom.

From my perspective, for all of Pegula's frustration around lack of communication within their organization; they are also complicit in the lack of communication to the fans /media. The only voice heard, and I understand it is by design, is that of Ralph. At a minimum, Adams should speak periodically as well.

Part of the lacking communication is the direction they intend to take the team in.
What is their vision for the team.
What type of players will fit the profile of being a Buffalo Sabre.
It has been 9 months since Adam's assumed his position, yet I still don't have a clue where they are going, and how long the journey to get there will take.

It is clear they have a hodgepodge of player styles that aren't meshing. Square pegs in round holes.
I'm left confused as to what the hell they are doing...and apparently so are the players.

If it is boring ass NJD style from the 80's ..count me out..that isn't entertaining nor enjoyable.
Give me The Lightning style...high speed, high skill, scoring, goaltending, defense, hitting, etc.

He’s literally getting scored on more than any other defensemen in the league.

He’s been a disaster defensively.

But he’s certainly great getting those PP assists
