Wasn't there a report that McDermott left last offseason concerned? Obviously, it never came to fruition as both Beane and McDermott signed extensions, but I remember the overarching theme is that the crap going on with the Sabres better not bleed into the Bills.

While it makes total sense, it was unsubstantiated. I hope their extensions had a clause specific, and in red, that the Pegulas would not interfere into their football operations one iota.

Didn't Vegas fire their coach because they felt they weren't up to par? The Canadiens? That was cool.

Imagine having an organization that wasn't buried so deep into their own ass that they could at least sniff that their entire mantra is a load of horse poop.

It’s just impressive to lie straight out and to not need secret sources to expose the lying. It’s coming right from the players openly. Pretty incredible really.

And let’s not get it twisted, coaches and executives mislead the press and fans all the time. Just that it’s usually a unified action to keep up appearances. That’s not happening this time and it’s making Ralph look bad.
