Yeah it's pretty obvious what the flaws are, no mystery to me. The missing component to this team is an established GM. One who was put together a team with an identity and purpose. Starting with a hiring of a head coach who fulfills said identity. The Sabres problems are dysfunction, they keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. BE OWNERS AN LET SOMEONE WITH A WINNING PEDIGREE RUN THINGS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

It's basically an apology piece for the Sabres and suggests Ralph is the right guy, Sabres fans are impatient, this is about culture and we have to sit back and let Ralph punish the star players who aren't playing like stars.

So basically I'm being told I shouldn't want a better head coach, I should sit back and enjoy watching this guy punish star players while the Sabres sit in dead last AGAIN and the rest of the NHL jockeys for position for the playoffs. This from a team who TANKED to get said players and has made the playoffs 4 times in 20 years in a league that lets half the teams in.

It pissed me off because this guy has told me several times over the tenure of Pegula's ownership that I'm impatient, spoiled and don't know what I'm talking about. And it's going to "take time". lol

I listened to Krueger this morning and Jeremy White asked if they thought about giving Skinner a whole week with Jack and Krueger replied that they did that already.

Did that happen or is Krueger just totally gaslighting the fans? I dont remember him being on Eichel's line for a week unless he's creatively accounting for what constitutes a week

I think poopty coaches have a fantasy that what happens in practice counts for something. Like Skinner practiced a few times on the first line and get a couple shifts in a game and that counts.
