Sounds like the Pegs just don’t want to deal with all the crap that goes along with owning all these businesses. They’re in the flipping business right now in Buffalo. Just read an article saying they’ve always planned for hometown ownership to take over these businesses around canal side.

One thing they can’t seem to flip is this team though.

You would think the new owner may want first crack at harbor center, seeing as it’s such a big part of the team.

Is uncle terry finally taking Kim’s toys away cause they cost him too much money. Focus on the bills where he can make money.

No idea. The way I heard it was they were looking to sell but no mention of a specific buyer. I was just told that Harborcenter will be next and then the Sabres. I do trust the source as far as I can track it but it's very much hearsay and I'm several layers removed
