Probably should trade him for Ryan reeves.

Eichel for Tom Wilson
Dahlin for Reeves.

Did you see the Islanders out there running the Sabres and hitting them into submission.

The Sabres are soft/disorganized/play with no passion. If they had a Reaves or Wilson early on they could’ve been the spark plug that pushed other players to step up.

Your trades are ridiculous, mock those players all you want both are vital on winning teams.

This is a good post.

If you look at the roster, it's a rag tag group of free agents and players traded in and out every year.

The core of eichel, sam, mccabe, risto, girgensons and okposo is terrible at this point.

Nice to have a Rochester"core" to build around. Group of guys that play together and care about each other.

With all of the crappy 5th liner signings this summer, it reminds me of the tank years when the tank commander would sign Konopka and Scott and guys like that. dagostini lol. Why are we still doing this? Why do we have tage for 2 more years? Did uncle terry feel bad for him getting injured so he gifted him a contract? Same with forge sons. Why??? Can we do 1 year? 2?

I think things have shifted to the point where people over-state his toughness. Against physical teams like the Isles, I think he disappears most nights.

The Islanders are a physical team?

If you mean they've mastered the art of interference and getting in skaters way in the neutral zone and their own defensive zone, and they have one physical line, sure.

We tried Hello Fresh on a discount for the first time last night. It was really good. Cooked, had some beers, watched Lion King live action with the kids. It was a lovely evening. Then I fired up God of War on the playstation, game is fantastic.
