Honestly, what's the difference? They do nothing different, whether they pick 8, 2 or 1.

This fanbase deserves better. They are ruining it. I still see anger, but much of it has turned to apathy, and that's much worse.

I'm going to go on record here and say I'll be thrilled to death when Ralph gets the axe, but a small part of me will still feel bad for him. He seems like a good man and a stand up guy, and it's not all his fault. The players have quit on him, physically and mentally.

Most of the comments from players is they like him personally...so, I don't believe they quit on him as a person...in fact they respect him as a man.

They have however quit on his method of coaching, and his "system".
You could see it from the guys when Skinner scored...it was like they were saying Fvck Boss34...errr, I mean Ralph.

Good point. Basically, they're doomed no matter what they do. I don't think there's anything that can be done to save this team, short of trading the entire team for someone else's team. That's a good idea. Realistically, which team do you think we could land ? Detroit ? Seattle ? I'd actually prefer whatever Seattle's opening night roster is to ours right now.

We were told that money is no object. The Sabres said no to an analytics staff because it cost too much money.

They fired pretty much all the back office staff because money.

They won’t fire the coach because money.

The Sabres are the Joke of the NHL.

Matt Barnaby just yesterday said nobody respect Kim Pegula in NHL circles.

But yea this is what we deserve right.

Yes, that's what I meant, mostly. But they're also playing lazy, uninspired hockey. They have zero will to win.

An intellectually honest post. I applaud your perspective. The only question, is the one asked by Marcus Aurelius and the skeptics. Is it true.
